You will be picked up at Luxor airport or train station or hotel by our Cairo Top Tours representative to start your Egypt Nile cruise tours onboard the Royal Esadora. Transfer to visit the temple of Luxor which was built during the New Kingdom. It was connected to the temple of Karnak by an avenue flanked by sphinxes. It was built mainly by two pharaohs, Amenhotep III (who built the inner area) and Ramses II, who finished the temple. Ramses II was the one who built the outer part of the temple, but Amenhotep III was responsible for the inner part of the temple.
 
Afterward, you will visit the temple of Karnak. Ancient Egypt, especially during the New Kingdom, was the most influential religious center. The main temple was dedicated to the worship of the god Amun, but as in other Egyptian temples, other deities were also venerated. Transfer to the cruise ship in a private air-conditioned tourist car, accompanied by our representative. Boarding. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight on board.

After breakfast on board your Nile River cruise, visit the Valley of the Kings which was the place, during the New Kingdom, in which the pharaohs were buried in hypogea. It is here that the kings of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties were buried, as well as some queens, princes, nobles, and even animals.
 
Transfer to visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, the unique temple of Queen Hatshepsut (18th Dynasty), the most monumental temple built in the valley and the only one of its kind in Egypt.
 
Excursion to visit the Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic stone statues representing the pharaoh Amenhotep III located on the west bank of the Nile, near Medinet Habu and south of the great Theban necropolis. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Breakfast on board. Transfer by horse-drawn carriage to visit the temple of Horus, dedicated to Horus, is the best-preserved temple in Egypt and was called Mesen, "the place of the harpoon", "the house of Raa". Sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
 
Cruise to visit the temple of Sobek, an unusual building, completely symmetrical, with two entrances, two hypostyle halls, and two sanctuaries. Indeed, it is dedicated to two gods: the left side to the falcon god Haroeris (Horus the old or the great) and the right side to Sobek, the local crocodile-headed deity. Sail to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.

Breakfast on board. Transfer to visit the Aswan High Dam, built-in 1960 to protect Egypt from the annual flooding of the Nile.
 
Visit the Unfinished Obelisk, famous for its red granite. The most famous of these obelisks is due to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the Egyptian kings and rulers in the 18th Dynasty, wife of King Thutmose II, and the first woman in Egypt's history to rule the country. Others believe that this obelisk is due to Queen Nefertiti, wife of King Akhnaton.
 
Excursion to visit the temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on the island of Philae, eleven kilometers from Aswan. Lunch on board.
 
Tour by felucca on the Nile from Elephantine Island to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Breakfast on board. Departure from the cruise. Optional tour to visit the magnificent two Temples of Abu Simbel. Transfer by private air-conditioned tourist car to (the airport or train station or hotel) in Aswan.
