The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is a distinctive symbol of Egypt and the last of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. It is located on the Giza Plateau near the greater city of Cairo and was built for a period of twenty years during the reign of the fourth dynasty King Khufu (2589-2566 BC, also known as Cheops). You will have the opportunity to have an optional camel ride in Giza Pyramids for 1 hour.

Now we will move to see the Valley Temple of King Chephren during the tour of the Giza pyramids, and his statue which is known as the Great Sphinx, a man-headed lion that symbolizes power and intelligence.

Transfer to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser (or Zoser), a 3rd dynasty monument within the necropolis of Saqqara, Egypt, northwest of the ancient capital of Egypt, Memphis. The 6-story 4-sided structure is the first colossal stone building in Egypt. You will also have the possibility to enter one of the pyramids of Saqqara, the Pyramid of Teti, and the tomb of Kagemni, one of the tombs of the nobles in Saqqara, Kagemni was the son-in-law of King Teti who ruled Egypt during the 6th dynasty of the old kingdom. You will see amazing wall inscriptions for different kinds of animals, fish, and birds in offering and hunting scenes that are considered the finest examples of art in ancient Egypt.
