There are several activities you can enjoy in Egypt during the Christmas season. You can celebrate Christmas amidst the iconic Pyramids of Giza, go on a festive Nile River cruise, visit ancient Egyptian tombs, have a memorable Christmas Eve experience at the Temple of Luxor, or indulge in a dinner cruise along the Nile during the evening.

Egypt experiences mild winter weather during this time, making it an ideal time to explore without the intense heat of the summer. Temperatures can vary, but generally, you can expect pleasant days and cooler nights.

The Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the National Museum of Egypt, and the Valley of Kings All of these sites are in Cairo, but if you want more, I recommend taking a flight to Luxor and Aswan to discover Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Hatshepsut's Temple (Deir el-Bahari), and more.
